Salary: £24,000 per annum (FTE £26,252 per annum pro rata) plus generous holiday entitlement, pension scheme and group life assurance

We are seeking to employ a dynamic and motivated Centre Coordinator in our Glasgow centre to manage our busy administration team. The purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day administration of the centre services alongside the Centre Manager and line manage administrative staff as well as a small team of volunteers. The Centre Coordinator will also undertake general administration duties and office management. Specific duties include: updating and tracking finance systems, implementing client and interpreter bookings/systems, clinical administration and liaison for the medico-legal report writing service.
To manage the administration team and coordinate the administration systems across all clinical services at Freedom from Torture including the Medico-Legal Report Writing service (MLR). To manage petty cash for the centre and be responsible for the centre debit card. To be the main point of contact for Health and Safety, ICT and any building maintenance issues in the Centre.
