We provide employment law and HR advice to employers across the East Midlands and beyond.
We are a specialist Employment & HR company with a small friendly team of consultants based in Loughborough and are looking for a Trainee Consultant to join us. The role is ideal for a candidate who is looking to develop a career in HR and Employment Law. A tailored training programme will assist the successful candidate to develop into an experienced HR and Employment Law consultant.
We support candidates who have a CIPD qualification or that are planning to undertake CIPD level 5 or above. Funding toward CIPD Level 5 or above will also be considered.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and determined individual with a genuine passion for HR and Employment Law. Some business development activities will be required as part of the role. The successful candidate will need to be both a team player and be happy to work independently.
The role involves supporting clients through telephone and site visits, providing advice to resolve employment legislation and compliance issues and providing HR solutions.
The normal hours of work are 9.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday - Friday. Although we are happy to consider 4 days per week.

£10.00 to £12.00 /hour
HR & Employment Law: 1 year (Preferred)
Driving License (Preferred)
