In this role, you will assist our team in shaping and driving forward our policy and campaigns work, helping to ensure that we stay ahead of developments in the policy environment, have the evidence we need to influence decision makers, and we are working collaboratively with our members and wider stakeholders.

You may be a recent graduate or be further on in your career and looking to change direction. You will have proven administrative abilities and experience in undertaking desk-based research. You will possess an excellent standard of English and demonstrable written communications skills. You will be a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Over the next three years we aim to:
- Ensure all our activities are underpinned by a detailed and up to date understanding of the needs of people with neurological conditions
- Empower and support members to drive collective action that seeks to address the issues facing people with neurological conditions
- Ensure the voices of people with neurological conditions are at the centre of national neurology policy and service improvement initiatives in order to increase the prioritisation of neurology
- Support the translation of policy and improvement initiatives into improved outcomes for people with neurological condition
The Alliance aims to attract and retain the best staff. To this end we offer the opportunity for flexible working. This can include some home working. Regular 1:1s as well as team meetings form an important part of our management approach and are used as a support and enabling mechanism to help you achieve your work objectives. We invest in our staff and provide opportunities for training and development.
