Hours: 17.5 hours per week
Working pattern: Worked across Monday to Friday

Salary: £17,879 to £18,931 per annum pro rata

The role

The Reception Coordinator will have a primary focus on exceptional customer service, to provide efficient and effective Reception cover and to undertake associated administrative support. They will ensure that adequate cover is in place at all times by co-ordinating & actively supporting a volunteer programme in liaison with the Facilities Controller and Volunteering staff.

In your application, you will need to evidence, using specific examples, how your skills and experience meet the criteria laid out in the person specification, within the Job Description below. Requirements include;

• Worked in a front line customer service environment.
• Evidence of being a team player with a logical approach and calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail, thorough and can deal with confidential issues sensitively and with tact.
• Can use initiative in problem solving.
• Able to manage the expectations of the customer and recognise when to escalate issues to a higher level.
